Owner and Energy behind Tempa - Temporary Assistance

Rita's passion is helping people. Tempa was established May 2007. Rita developed exceptional interpersonal and strong organizational skills through many prior careers paths including manager and trainer in the food and beverage industry, banking, insurance, real estate, retail sales and many volunteer opportunities.

Rita is as member of the Sutherlin and Roseburg Chambers of Commerce, Fraternal Order of Eagles, BPO Elks, National Association of Professional Organizers; she spearheads Sutherlin Area Community Involvement (SACI).

With 800 other professional organizers, Rita recently attended the national 2009 NAPO—National Association of Professional Organizers—21st annual conference in Orlando—talk about Organized!  Program topics included eco-style for clients, hoarding, chronic disorder and much more.

Fall of 2007 she participated in the Ford Family Foundation’s “Community Collaborations” class and then successfully completed their 48 hour “Leadership Program.” Spring 2008 Rita attended “Regards to Rural VI Conference” in Salem, OR. This year Rita also received an American Red Cross Community Volunteer award.

This summer she and her Ford Leadership Group are busy raising funds for a matching grant to upgrade a local Resource Center for youth.

Additionally, Rita is an Oregon Notary-Public, besides being bonded, insured, professional and reliable.
